BOOKING:

As our calendar fills up quickly, we suggest you book with us several months in advance to ensure your date is available.

CUSTOM COOKIES:

Because we hand craft our cookies, it is suggested that you book with us several weeks in advance so we can ensure adequate time for materials to be ordered and handcrafted decorations are set.

​

We do require 50% of the total to be paid as a retainer to secure your date. This fee is non-refundable.

 

You will not be put on our calendar until this retainer has been paid. The remainder of the total is due two weeks before the big day.

 

CARE AND INSTRUCTIONS:

We create your cookies with the proper support in place, but cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur after good leave our bakery.

​

You or the party picking up your cake will be required to sign off that everything has been made to your liking and you're satisfied with the product. Once the cake/goods leave our our property there will be no changes made to the product.​​

 

We also recommend placing goods in the refrigerator and removing one hour prior to serving.

DELIVERY:

 

We deliver to Rocky and Sylvan Lake depending on schedule - must be pre-arranged so please let us know at the time of booking. .
